For starters, let her know that you've never kissed a girl before. If she's a good choice . . . she'll think that's cute and romantic. If she has kissed guys, she'll probably guide you and make it as easy as possible. Let her do that, and accept the coaching. If she is inexperienced like you, you both get to enjoy the thrill of discovery and learning together.
I was just a couple weeks short of 18 the first time I kissed a girl. We had been dating for a month, or a bit less. She had experience - in fact, she was a very good kisser. We sort of talked about it for several days, or maybe a week before I actually got up the nerve to do it. She dropped enough hints that I knew she was agreeable to being kissed, and when it happened she made it pretty easy and enjoyable. I was walking with her from the car to her back porch one evening, and half turned to face her, and she did the same - put her arms around me - turned her face up - slightly parted her lips - and I just did it. When we broke off to get a breath she said, "See! That wasn't so hard!"
Over the next couple months she taught me a lot about kissing - and about making love with a girl - even though I never even fondled her, much less saw her naked or had intercourse with her. There's a lot to be said for the non-coital lovemaking (necking, making out, bundling, or whatever you want to call it), and learning to do it well may help you be a better sex partner when that time comes.
