It doesn't matter what age you're at, the thing that people will remember most is having a good time.
So what's you're idea of a good time? Party? going out? a club??? (too young? hassle getting in?) something like bowling or cinema?? A meal out at a fancy restaurant?? What about a day spa with the girls??
So many ideas!! It's been that long that I can't remember my 16th birthday party, or 17th or 18th. I remember the 19th though - my first year at Uni.... sometimes it's not the age that's important! :-P
Good luck though, hope you have a cool time! And happy 16th!

I say this because I had a party for my 18th with all my friends and I only really went out for a meal with my parents on my 16th. Hope this helps.
