 Maybe book a table at your favoutite resturant, a romantic one with candle light & wine, maybe arrange before hand with the staff to bring out a cake. Finish off the evening with a romantic night back at home, maybe slip on some nice lingerie and give him a tantric massage.
What ever you decide to do im sure he will absulutely love it, and remember its not how much you spend, but the thought that goes into it.
