 You are obviously very upset that your dad is having a secret affair and what you are feeling is your way of dealing with it. Do not be ashamed. I think you need to tell your dad you know about the affair and i would advise you speak to a counsellor about how your feeling. Counsellors are normally easily accessible as part of college or work...or go to a private one or go to one through your doctor. Good Luck x
