 Dude! I'm kinda in your situation too, but i'm the girl that is the "friend". I'm sorry to say this, but either way you are going to hurt someone...but there is a way to make your decision easier.
First make a list of all the things you love about each girl.
Then, think about which girl you can see your self with forever. The girl that you have more fun with. The girl that you can talk to about ANYTHING. The girl that is just...you know...i'm sure you can pick up where i left off with stuff of your own.
If you didn't like the first step, you can simply write or think about everything you want in a girlfirend. Whoever has the most of these qualities, will be the girl of your choice.
OH YEAH! You should see how your friend feels about you before doing anything you might regret.
