The only problem is that his Mom and Sisters absolutely hate me.In the beginning I think it had to do with racial differences. They wanted a religious white girl, and I'm not religious or white. Now, they no longer mention race. But they still dislike me. We went on a trip and apparently offended his mother by kissing in front of others... But she allows her 16 year old daughter to make out, have sex, and post pictures up all over social networking sites of she and her boyfriend making out in swimsuits... Favoritism at its finest? How can I remedy this situation? My boyfriend has tried to talk to his family about it, but nothing has changed. We are ignoring it, but it is awkward and the huge elephant in the room. Will this ultimately be the downfall of my relationship? Because quite frankly, I don't care to be around that side of his family very much.Any stories of families disliking significant others, or vice versa, and the endings?
