I love him but is he losing interest in me?

Me and my husband have been together for for over a year and married 7 months, and he has always been so affectionate but lately he has been distant. we are going through a lot in life right now but when he works with a certain girl he doesnt text or call me like he always does, i put him through some things before we got married. i just couldnt shake the fact that he lost his first wife cause he cheated so it made it hard for me to be serious with him. now we are married and i dont want to be without him but his ex wife told me he still tells her he loves her and hes so paranoid that im cheating or up to something it makes it hard to swallow my gut feeling that something is going on. i work nights and tonight he wouldnt answer my texts or calls until i said i was coming home. please help me figure out what is going on
