I do agree with Mr Lewis here though, what he said to you is not very nice, considering he know's how you feel about him, I mean come on, you're willing to love him!
You say he fool's around and tease's you, fooling around meaning messing about, i.e joking about the fact you love him or sexually fooling around?
I do think however he does have some morals, he says he can't be with you as your 3 grades younger than him, so in a way he respects the fact you are young.
I would though keep it cool for a while, don't keep telling him you love him and that your worship the ground he walks on, he'll only use this ability to walk over you, and you don't want him to direspect you!
Keep it cool for a while, let him phone/text you etc and then maybe talk to him about the fact you guys are supposed to be mates and mates don't hurt each others feelings as he is hurting yours. Take Care babe xx

 He is using you. I suggest either not having as much contact with him (because what he is doing is incredibly selfish and he obviously doesn't care about your feelings) or if you want to remain friends then don't do anything sexual with him at all. If he gets angry about that, then you know it's time to leave the friendship. Friends don't tease you when they know that it really hurts.

 Well its not very nice of him to say that to you. My advice would be to just stay friends for a while, dont tell him you love him and try to act like you dont care.
