 You need to pick one and that is all you can do. There is no right or wrong answer here. But you need to pick one guy and forget about the other and get them out of your life as much as you can. Do not cheat on your current guy. If you feel that you love him, then stay away from his cousin, don't contact him, try and avoid him and soon those feelings will fade.

 If your with the one guy first take a step back and think who you really want be honest you can't have both and your messing with a family not cool... Don't play the guys off between each other it's one or the other either way someone will get hurt and when it comes to family they will stick together and you will be alone or they will fight and blame you in the long run its a dirty road your on Hun make the choice your heart tells you and stick with it
