hiya i totally gave up on meeting anyone and then by pure chance i mect my new gf outside my favourite japanese restaurant, she had been there too and i met her outside. she had her scooter parked next to mine and we exchanged lookd and i asked for her number. we didnt actually get around to meet for 9 months later. but after the second date we got together and it has been the most amazing loving close connection and good easy communication i have had with anyone. other gf's are just other gf's. i never felt that kind of love with anyone and i can safley say our love was equal and she felt the sam way. there was some restrictions in the realtionship. 1 she is much younger than, she is 19 and i am 32 but that was never a problem, she is very mature and has a lot of family responsibility (being taiwenese) and she could only stay at my house very occasionaly - only 3 times but we had lots of free time and would meet eacg other every day and spend all our time together at the weekend. we were totally in love and she had to move to taipei to study at uni. so we decided to move together bt i thought it was too early in the realtionship (3 months) to live together and i didnt want to ruin the relationship with too much contact. she said she would study at night class and work during the day bt she cld come and see me sometimes after class (10.30pm) and during the weekend. So we both moved to taipei - she stays in the Uni dormitory snd live in a big house with other foreigners and taiwenese. This is where things went wrong - she is very busy all day 8am-10.30pm (not even a lunch break) and she tells me the uni dormitory is very strict and they check to see if everyone is in after 11.30 - so she cant leave, this is true becuase i have a female friend who studied at the same uni. so from being able to see each other every day, it became hardly ever maybe once every two weeks she could find time for a date. and this drove me crazy and i got paranoid and thought she was cheating but after a few arguments i found out she is just busy and isnt seeing anyone. so basically now we have broken up - i suggested first as a kind of blackmail becuase i cldnt see anyway of having a realtionship with someone who has no time to see me. bt then she said she had changed her feelings abt me jsut because is so busy now and her heart is with her studies and work. ok thats understandable. but we are still and talk or msn almost every night. usually when she finishes her homework abt 1.30, 2.00 we talk quickly on the phone. And here i am, in love with a girl i can barely see but willing to have any kind of small contact relationship i can. now we are friends who talk almost every night. and i miss having female company, i have female friends but being able to talk to someone whenever i want or see regularly is waht i miss. but i cant even look at other girls. she is the one i look for when i look at girls in the crowd. and i think because we still good communication and we talk regularly that there is some chance she will feel warmth towards me again, i have told her i will wait and see how things go and she has given acceptance, as she has told me she doesnt want to lose me either... so what do i do - i think just abd be cool and carry to see how things go. so any advice from females out there is very welcomely accepted. p.s. this has nothing to do with her being young - i have dated young(19,21,23) girls before but had no connnection with them and its all because we have this great connection and communication - and thats what i think is love.
