If you are 13-15 then you are childish and immature and she probably would do better without even knowing you if you are going to need the permission of your friends first. Go back to school and grow up first.

 At your age, everything your friends think matters the world. Take my word for it, as you get older, you realize that your friends opinions are not always in your best intrest. Is this girl smart? Fun to talk to and hang out with? Does she make you laugh a lot? Do you absolutely enjoy her company? If you answer "yes", then I think you would be a fool not to grab her while you can. Once some other guy snatches her up, you will feel like a dummy, and you will resent your friends. If she is in her early teens, she still has some physical maturing to do, and could turn out to be a knock out! I was the most akward looking girl when I was 13, 14. Skinny, no boobs, didnt wear name brand clothes, etc. Now, all the guys notice me, and the same guys that turned me down then dont recognize me at all and ask for my phone number! Seriously! And the girls that were considered hot then, because they filled out early, are not so much anymore. Nature has a funny way of decieving looks:) If you like her, dont pass up this oppertunity;)

Just because your friends think she is ugly doesnt mean that you shouldnt give her a chance. If you really like this girl, you should ask her out. Dont worry about what others think, your happiness is what matters. And Im sure they will get over it!

Who cares what they think about her? They're probably jealous that she likes you and not them.
Ask her out if you like her, if they say anything nasty, just say some quick comment of 'I cant exactly see girls throwing themselves at you' or something similar.
