reader, anonymous, writes (1 December 2007): Listen...it is tough but you might have to move on. It seems that -at the moment - she wants to be with this other guy. If you really respect her, then let her - it would be better to stay friends with her than to not know her at all.
Maybe keep those feelings you have for her - having those feelings is good - but start to move on a little. Meet other people, maybe you'll find someone else you like??!! And someone else who really loves you back.
