I am so sorry to you and your boyfriend. You both need to take time out to process your loss. The dreams are your bodies way of saying you need a break. You should both take some time out. I can see why you would be scared to lose him, but am sure he is having a hard time at the moment as well. I think you both need to tell your family that they need to stop with the drama. Tell them you don't want to hear about it and don't get involved.

I'm sorry for your loss. I think the best thing you can do is stay away from drama (family drama especially) and then go talk to your doctor.
Having a miscarriage or losing a child is a HUGE deal. If you can I'd say take a mini-vacation with just you and your BF away from all that drama so you two can grieve and support each other.
