writes: ive just had my first period last week, and havent had sex for 7 month. 5 month ago i took 2 pregancy tests which both came back negative so im definately not pregant, im very skinny and im 6 and a half stone, im a size 6 in clothes and have a loverly figure, but recently ive been putting on alot of weight on my stomach( right front the bottom on my boobs to my pubic bone) and when i breathe out i look 4-5 months pregant with a perfect bump. when i bend down i have serveral rolls.im going on holiday in 3 weeks and would like toenjoymy holiday without people thinking im pregant andwithout being self concious and to get a nice figure before i go, i go to the gym 3 times a week, go 100 situps every night and walk for 1 hour everyday. and ideas how to lose the weight fast or tone it up?and why have i put the weight on and look pregant?help please!~ name removed by mod~ />

i think this is like the begining of a disorder :/ thats dnagerous. your young and 6 stone? thats nearly under weight. and your constant exercising is a sign of being annerexic. you will be anything but fat.
and when you bend over. those "rolls of fat" - if you didnt have them, you wouldnt be able to stand up right. you need them. also, any bits you do call fat are baby fat which you cant get away from till you grow older.
I assure you, that you look thin. not fat or pregnant. your just scared cause of you period. and the weight put on your pelvis is cause of puberty. as its not normal to be such a low weight at your age.
Just eat like normal. and stop the large amount of sit ups and enjoy being a young girl :)
