writes:I really need help! Duh, the site lol anyways, i met my amazing man and 3 months later we were married. (His cousin is my best friend so i did know of him) well he was single for 5 years prior to me and has came used to checking out everything that has boobs. I have explained to him that it makes me insecure he agreed. He never stopped and it drives me crazy! I know i have a problem because i even get upset when he looks in the paper at the sunshine girl!! I literally flip out thinking in my head that when we have sex he is thinking of them or that he will find them more sexier than myself. I also cringe when half naked girls come up to him and flirt with him by using our dogs as an excuse. i get jealous when he checks out people serving us and when i asked him to stop his excuse was "oh, well i have been single for so long that i dont know i do it. plus i dont look for the hot and sexy ones, i just look over and there they are. i dont know why i dont look over when there is a not hot girl there.!" Like really buddie are you f*cking kidding me?? Not to mention that i was the "it " girl up untill i moved 3000 miles from home and gained like 20 pounds. like really i am so jealous and i dont want to be like this and i dont know how to stop it. please help me.... thanx helpless_honey xxx000

helpless_honey is verified as being by the original poster of the questionoh, i forgot to say that we are married now and i am not fat lol i am 5'6" and 133 pounds... so its not like i am not attractive either. and if we are married why "window shop" its not like i am a car and i can be traded in. LOL

 I think you need to work on your self-esteem and insecurity issues. People are naturally drawn to beauty and it's fine to look as long as he does not touch or do anything disrespectful...it's like window shopping.
There are some great self-help books on insecurity and self-esteem available at your local bookstore.
