 You could tell her you have it as a fantasy then you could role play out the fantasy and talk about it during sex… but to actually DO IT I say DON’T do it.
I speak to this as a former swinger who’s marriage did not survive the process of being open. Bringing others in is never a good idea in practice but it can be a LOT of fun IN THEORY.

 If you and your wife chat about fantasies, you could bring it up, however you will HAVE to accept that if she says no, it's a no.
The thing is with fantasies, they rarely work in reality.
She might see it as you are trying to get her to cheat, so you can "get even" and be with someone else as well.
Involving MORE people in your sex life is rarely good for a relationship/marriage.
