sorry sweetheart but this leads you into illegal territory. it is illegal for him to have a relationship with you (the sort you might e thinkng of). If anything happened between you too he could lose his job and not to mention all the unwanted media attention this could land bot of you into.
for the sake of his career i would ignore your feelings for him. its just the way things have to be. If you still have feelings for him after your education finishes then by all means pursue but for now just sit tight.
and as for him complimenting you..it better be about ur neat handwriting and nothing too personal.
