I know that scientific data and religion both say this is okay, but Im worried about what my parents and family will say. I dont think my cousin cares, but then again, he's a teenage boy...But anyways, I have had a crush on my younger cousin for several years. When I was about 10 and he was 9 we were experimenting and ended up making out. I always harbored feelings for him before and after that and as the years went by, I was sure he did too. Just last month, we both came out and said what was on our minds. We really like each other and want to do this officially, but Im afraid of what my family will say. Any advice would help ; )Thanks

One thing you might want to think about: if the relationship ends badly, you're still going to be running into this guy at family events for the rest of your life. Not only will that be awkward for the two of you, the rest of your family is likely to feel strange about it too.
Nevertheless, if you're determined to carry on, speak to which ever of your parents you have the better relationship with. They will have a far better idea than you of how the rest of the family will feel about it. It may be no big deal. Or they may completely freak out. Either way you'll have valuable information to go on.
Good luck.
