I like my best friend's younger sister; should I tell him, or her?

ok i have liked one of my best friends younger sisters for awhile ( me and my best friend are both 14, and she is turning 13 in august ) i was at his house today and i was flirting with her in there computer room well my friend was with are other friend watching tv in the other room, so anyway, i was flirting with her a little and she was flirting with me too, i can't really tell if she likes me or not, but i dont know if i should tell my friend how i feel about his sister, or more importantly tell her how i feel about her, what do i do

You are all pretty young and I would bear this in mind at this stage. Maybe let your friend know that you think his sister is really nice. Maybe get him to find out from his sister if she really likes you too. That way you can actually get your friend involved a little within the situation.

The only problem your friend may have is if he is made to feel out of it a little if you two were to develop anything without him knowing about it.

At this stage though you should be having a bit of fun and putting more of an emphasis on this as opposed to concerntrating on a relationship.
