Theres always been something between us, but he had a girlfriend for most of the time so it was always innocent flirting. Since he broke up with her a few months ago, a few times at parties he's kissed me, and he's always complimented me, saying im pretty, ect. However, he's started talking to another girl we go to school with, and he says he really likes her. He says this but he kissed me and it got passionate at a party we were at last week. I know he isn't completely besotted with me, since he doesn't text me but he is like this with everyone, even his best friend he doesn't text much or reply to. If he likes this other girl then i wont stand in the way of it because first and foremost he is my friend.. But the fact we always seem to end up coming back to each other and then nothing happens is frustrating. Any advice? I do like him, and i think he's really attractive, I'm just not sure what to do.

just because he kisses you does not mean he likes you as more than a friend.
If you like him and want more than friends... TELL HIM.
if you say "I can't" well then... he's your friend and that's it and be happy for him finding a new girlfriend.

Have you ever heard the cliche "Shit, or get off the pot"?
It applies here.....
Good luck....
