When I walk in class he star staring at me, when I look at him he start smiling, when I ask something teacher or other boys, he look at me and answer and always try to help me. Probably. But he is probably interested in you as well. Why don't you talk with him? If he's as nice as he sounds he won't mind even if he's not interested in a relationship.
