Ok here is the problem........there is this guy that i like and his bestfriend(bf) knows.......well his bf asked me if i wanted him to ask him if he liked me and i said i dont know if that is a good idea and he said dont worry about it im not goin to make it seem like you wanted to know and i said ok....so he asked and the guy that i like said he just wants to be friends....thats fine with me............anyways this guy that i like he is always saying the sweetest stuff like my mistake was not calling you sooner or like i asked him to hangout wed nite but i was his ma bday and he said he would love to hangout but he couldnt and that was fine with me........but he kept saying stuff like thoughout our convo that he really wanted to hangout with me............then he said that he wants to take me to this really nice resturant.......idk what his feelings are towards me. Could his bf be lying to me about him liking me or is my guy friend that i like be lying to his bf? I dont want to be mislead by him being extremely nice and sweet.

if you like someone maby a friend or school or work colige then you must tell them befor it eats away at you the only thing they can do is say they dont feel the same this then leaves you to move on and find someone else who feels tje same way as you do but if you do ask them and they feel the same its gr8 but u could of spent alot longer woundering if they liked you and not known some times its better to be told the truth than wondering and not knowing

This guy doesnt feel the same.He may be nice and sweet but that's all there is to it.He said he just wants to be friends. There's your answer. Its tough but when we love someone who doesnt love us back, we tend to want to make excuses for them, read sweetness into every intention and hope to agaod they really like us but are just being shy, or distracted.Move on and meet a reaaly great guy who's madly in love with u and wont be afraid to show u.

Hmmm, if I were you I'd cut out the middle man. Talk to the guy about it.

A lot of guys are shy (believe it or not). Sometime they won't even admit to their best friends that they like someone, because his friend probably asked him "What do you think of so-and-so?" and he might have been afraid that he would tell you and if you didn't like him yada yada yada.

Best thing you could do is talk to him directly about it

Good luck!

want2die agony auntCould be anything.. Go by your instincts, if he is nice to you, do the same. Maybe he does like you but was not sure at the time his friend asked him about it. Just go with the flow. If you like him and he likes you, things will work out by themselves. You dont need to ask him or anybody else for that matter.,Good luck :-)
