writes:He's a friend of mine and he broke up with his girl friend recently and is very hurt. I like him, but when he tells me those things I back off. I know he has been introduced to girls and he has been hanging out with them. I want him to know I'm there, but I'm afraid he will reject me if he hasn't asked out like he does with these girls he has gone out with. He says he can meet girls, but it's not the same and that he wants to get his act together and don't think about love right now :-(What can I do to let him subtly know I like him or at least for him to see me as an option while recovery on his break up?
