Hmm! if he is lying about it then its time you set out the ground rules. He dissed you once by having the affair and he is still disrespecting you by keeping in contact and telling porkie pies about it.
Some tough action will scare him into behaving but I do feel you both need to get some marriage guidance for the underlying problems in your relationship.

 i would sit him down and explain that you know about the phonecalls
ask him exactly what is going on and why he is ringing her when he is with you
if he cannot give u a good answer then i would question the future and mu truste in him . lots of love hunni
