PLEASE don't have sex just because you think about it!!
get to know your body first, it's not wrong to think about sex but it is wrong to do it at your age,
Experiment with yourself it's normal and nearly every girl does it.

I think you're parents would much rather you masturbate then have sex.

A

You are at an age where your hormones are raging so it is perfectly natural that you are having these feelings and urges, but refrain from any sexual activity that could put you in a compromising position with a boy.
You don't want to ruin your life by becoming a parent while you are still a child.
I understand that you think your parents are very strict, but I think it is important for you to talk to your parents about sex and your body, it is only uncomfortable for the first time, approach your Mom about it and just tell her what you would like to talk about and could you set a time alone, that you could have that conversation.
It is important to have adult guidance and not listen to your peers because there is a lot of misinformation out there and you don't want to succumb to peer pressure either...so approach you Mom, you will be glad you did...tell her that you don't want to have sex, you just have some questions. OK?

The time will be here soon enough for sex. If you get pregnant it will affect your life dramatically. Girls have soo many opportunities today. Get out there and work hard!
