I just want someone to share good times with and to go travelling with.I'm a bit overweight and I'm not that confident with people I don't know but I am clever, funny and positive. I love life and I would be really caring and loving with the right man.I just don't know how to find 'him' when guys are not that attracted to me. Any general advice?

I fallow your same situation almost exactally Young, not exactally celebrity pretty/handsome, (im a guy so trying to get the context right)and has an ugre to find happiness and compionship with out the natral advantages. Get your chin up and use your good qualities to attract someone. Your clever and funny, so use them. Speaking as a guy looking for a women i know men are shallow and stupid in this area. But even we can understand the advantage of a girl who can string a sentance togather rather then wear a bathing suit with out feeling selfconsious. Think is it this way, if you feel pretty then you will be pretty. If you feel comfortable, you will be comfortable. If you feel confidant then you will be confidant. Obviously another one of my short commings is i couldnt spell my way out of a paper bag, but hey, confidance is everything no matter how you spell it. Go get'em

Be yourself and you'll attract the right people to yourself. Thats what I believe. And do you have any close friends? Take a close friend. You havent found the right man yet and that's okay. But i wouldn't dwell on that. Hang out with the people you you do have now. You'll find your Mr.Right someday.
