 if you are really that worried about what he thinks you look like then maybe you should rethink this whole thing. if he likes you he would like you for being you and wouldnt wish for you to change ANYTHING about you.
i feel the same way at times what girl doesnt? but in reality no girl has the perfect body and i truly doubt that any girl wants to be a stick insect thats just the image of the media so dont worry.
just be yourself and take it slow and if you really want to ask him then say you were just wondering what he thought about your image.
