At the end of this year we have a big fancy dance sort of thing (like a prom).Well, about a year ago I met this guy, and he lives on the other side of the country so we don't get to hang out much. We've just been e-mailing a lot. And I like him, so I've asked him to be my date to this big college prom thing. He said yes and everything's fine and wonderful, but for some reason I can't stop thinking that maybe it's really weird of me. I mean I barely know the guy, his family/friends don't know me at all...they must think I'm some sort of psycho chick from across the country who's asked their son to her college prom because she can't get anybody else or something.I feel like a really big stalker/weirdo for inviting him. Am I??

Hi there
Who cares if it was a little weird, you like this guy and he likes you so why shouldn't you of asked him?
He obviously didn't think there was anything wrong in this.
Just be safe and careful. Stop worrying about it, You never know you could end up having the best night ever!
Have fun and good luck!
