 If she's your boss and told you 'no', I would take that as a sign she doesn't want to date you. It doesn't really matter who she is dating, if she doesn't want to date you, she doesn't want to date you.
Perhaps the best thing to do is to look for another job, and then you can ask her out again and not have the complication of working together to keep her from turning you down.
Maybe she just doesn't like you in a romantic way. I would leave her alone and not press things for now, until you have another job lined up.
