Next time you see him just walk up to him and give him a big kiss. It doesn't have to be very long, or even with tongue. Just do it quick and then say "There, now we got that out of the way."

Well, this might call for what I would refer to as the "setup". Meaning, you get him to a place (i.e. maybe a car, or a lookout, or some other romantic private place) look into his eyes, give your most seductive look and whisper breathlessly "I want you to kiss me more than anything" or "I *so* want to kiss you right now", and if and when he goes for it, put all of your emotions into it.
I'm not meaning to eat his face off like a buffalo wing though. I'm meaning to make it soft and intense with no nervousness or hesitation. And make sure your breath is good too!
