 If your body is making eggs, whether you get your period or not you can fall pregnant. As you wont be able to tell if your body is doing this or not I wouldn't put yourself at the risk as at 12 you are a little to immature to be having sex. Having sex when your body hasn't properly developed can cause problems later on in life like cervical cancer.
I wouldn't panic about being 12/13 and not having your period yet. I knew a girl who didn't start till she was 19. She thought she was the oddest female on the planet. I was unlucky and started when I was 10.
If you are going to have sex please please have safe sex. Make the guy wear a condom and think about going on the pill aswell just to be doubly sure about not getting pregnant as no contraception is 100%.

So no I don't think there is a chance your pregnant, maybe you'll start your periods in a couple of months - I only started when I was 14 and a half.But even though you haven't started your periods please use a condom or something because you don't want to catch anything [STD's] or even risk getting pregnant.
