I've been on the mini pill cerazette since September 2009, I havnt had a period since. This was all fine up untill 4 days ago when I started to bleed and get tummy cramps. It's not normal bleeding though. It's like discharge but brown and clotty. That's the only way I can discribe it. It doesn't smell. And I have booked in to see my doctor but have to wait until next Monday. So any help or anything would be really appriciated

It takes a while for the body to adjust to the pill and until it does so you might get a few side effects such as the bleeding, headaches, cramps etc.
See your doc for peace of mind but I would say that you shouldn't worry.
Take Care.

brown usually indicates it is old stale blood which is getting out of your system. cerazette is not like other pills, in that it doesnt regulate your cycle. this means spotting or breakthrough bleeding is unfortunately quite a common but frustrating side effect. if you want some more help or advice there is a really good forum:

where others are experiencing similar :)
hope this helps x
