I can feel everything fine, but even during unprotected sex I just can't climax. I used to masturbate in the face down position which was fine, but I've tried changing to the conventional method and I just can't feel it. Are there any tips for helping me to climax? My current sexual partner is frustrated at the fact it won't happen, and it would be better for my long term health anyway. I'm fine maintaining an erection etc, it's just this one issue. I'd really appreciate it if anyone has any advice for me.

Hi,
I'm not a guy so I don't know if this is a more common problem, but I just googled your problem and it seems there's 2 possibilities why you can't ejaculate:
1) neurological problems (nerves that don't work, certain diseases like parkinson)
2) psychological problems, i.e. a certain fear that blocks you, probably from the pressure and stress that you built up because of not being able to ejaculate in the past. There's also mentioned that some men can't ejaculate because they're afraid to getting their gf pregnant.
I guess your problem might be rather a psychological thing. May I ask if she's the first girl you ever slept with? It's possible that you're still nervous about sex and that you need to relax more in order to ejaculate.
Also, I read that it's possible for men to in-jaculate, which means that you hold back the semen when you climax so it stays inside and you later pee it out. Maybe you're tense and so the semen stays inside?
But in the end I'm a woman. I can't tell from experience.
