I have self esteem problems when it comes to boys. What can I do to rid this?

i suggest that you dont worry about lads so much and work on liking yourself then when you seem to like yourself to the lads then they will come to you.

Take it step by step really.

set goals for your self i had the same problem and thats what i did.

Like if there is some lad you like first goal would to be talk to him a little while and do the things you that you want to do but normally wont any little things well help you just need to slowly build your self esteem up
