First buy a pregnancy test....so you can see if you are pregnant or not. Being scared and stress-out can be a factor of you period being late. That has happened to me! If you are having pains in your tummy, that is not from the result of being pregnant, because I never had pains there...until the birth!
If you are having pains there, I would suggest you go visit your doctor...it could be an infection (like kidney, uterus) by getting a medical check-up would be the smart thing to do!! By waiting could be dangerous to your health!
Good Luck!

Hello, Firstly I can sypmapathise with. With my last girlfriend the consom ripped.
You do need to take a number of different brand pregnancy tests when you are next due on you period. The reason fo different brands is for your own piece of mind (and by fluke you may contaminate one with tootahpaste, aftershave, etc). The cost of of test is negligable compared to anxiety you must feel.
If negative then you should not worry. If positive or in doubt the please visit you NHS drop-in centre or local GP. Call NHS Direct on 0845 46 47 for a bit of help finding a nearby centre. In any of these instances you will be asked for personal information.
You can also get help by contacting BPAS the British Pregnancy Advice Service on 08457 30 40 30.
http://www.bpas.org/faq/contact-bpas.html
At the bottom it explains which types of methods are available depending at which stages of pregnancy. Please navigate the site and note that BPAS is a registered charity.
