She is constantly busy, so theres no time to get together, and 2. I always find some way to be really awkward around her, I bump into things, trip, and really say weird and awkward things. Now, if a guy did that, would a girl mind/think it's cute? Or might she just think I'm an awkward dork? This never happens unless I see her, so I think I really do feel something for her. My question is: How do I get around these 2 problems? Because I'm 20 and never had a relationship. And I'd like to think I have a chance. I feel old and I'm starting to think I'm running out of time.

There's nothing for it but to take the plunge and ask her out. There's no magical way to make the awkwardness and nerves go away, you just have to do your best to push through them. Will she think it's cute or off-putting? There's no way to know. It's pointless analysing situations and girl's behaviour. Does this mean she likes me? Might she like me because she said this or that? There's no way to know except to go for it.
So ask her out already. And don't worry about having no experience, twenty isn't old. Like blonde said you don't have to tell her but don't be embarrassed about it if you do. Be confident about it. Tell her you just haven't met the right person yet.
