Just kidding, but really. If you're still young, stick with kissing! Not many guys out there are inexperienced and its a total turn on to girls when you start getting older if you haven't messed around a whole bunch.

 If you feel ready well no don't avoid it. But it sounds to me like you might not be ready to progress on to the next stage in your relationship. It is OK to be inexperienced, we all have to start somewhere and we all start at different ages. You age range is 13 to 15 so to me that still says you are still very young and you have plenty of time yet before you start worrying about being inexperienced. Be honest with your girlfriend and tell her how you are feeling. If she cares about you she will understand and will wait until you feel ready to progress the relationship.
