This is a comon problem for men and women as they get older. But your age indicates you may be going thru the menopause or at least starting to. That in itself can cause all sorts of problems due to fluctuating hormone levels and vaginal dryness etc. You dont say if there have beeen any physical or psychological changes in your life that could contribute to it, so it's pretty hard to make an accurate guess. Libido can disapear because of stress, medication, fear, anxiety, depression and a whole host of other reasons. I would suggest going to your GP and confiding in them. Fingers crossed it may be something physical which can be rectified. As for help, I would in your position.
Good luck.
