He has been calling me alot lately and we are talking about an hour everyday. Last time we talked he kept complaining about his girlfriend (my best friend) and saying how much she was bugging him which made me feel really ackward, though I did have to agree. My best friend is a complete BITCH. After all these phone calls it has become very obvious that he likes me and I'm starting to really fall for him. The problem is he is still going out with my best friend and she is in love with him. Any ideas on what to do? And don't say stop talking to him because he is a really good friend and I can't just freeze him out.

The first thing I have to comment about is that I am surprised about your choice of friends. I have a number of what I would call good friends that I would never use a word like you have used to describe - let alone a best friend. If she is really this bad what are you doing hanging around with her and if she is this bad aren't you worried about being tarred with the same brush and more so becomming like her? - I know in your position I would most certainly be. You say he is complaining about his girlfriend - how do you know for sure that he isn't complaining to his girlfriend about you?If he really likes you as much as you think he does why doesn't he break off from your so called best friend.Ask him how he feels and make a move on him - after all - why not? You describe your best friend as a "bitch" so there obviously isn't a lot of respect there. I wouldn't have thought you would have been too concerned about her feelings anyway.
