I have an arrythmia too, and it really doesnt feel like much unless im exercising or breathing really hard! And im guessing finding hte holy gost would be much more profound and you would know about it in your mind, body and soul, and you wouldnt question what it was, you would just know!

It doesn't matter whether it's due to your arrythmia. What matters is that you believe, and if what you feel is because of the arrythmia then maybe that's the way it was supposed to be.
I know it's a cliché, but "God moves in mysterious ways" - and who's to say that His way of giving you spiritual experiences and feelings isn't through your physical problem?
I'd say that if if it feels spiritual and good, then it probably is. I certainly wouldn't presume to tell you or anyone else how or in what form God comes to you.
Only one point you need to be careful of - and it's from a health point of view more than a spiritual one. Sinus arrythmia can be caused by stress and/or excitement. You need to be careful that your form of worship isn't making it worse, or even causing it. There are plenty of ways to find God without causing your body stress. I'm sure that He doesn't want your love of Him to be making you ill.

I guess you need to speak to your pastor, deacon, elder, or whomever is in charge at your church and see if they can clear this up for you.
