Or polyps. Both nothing to worry about. But you can get them removed. (they're just basically veins that have swollen or small growths that bleed when poo moves past it). If the blood is bright red and makes the water of the toilet turn a reddish colour don't worry. It only LOOKS like a lot of blood. The only time when you should be relatively worried is if it is thick blood, maybe clotting in some areas.I get bleeding from the bottom maybe....once every two months...sometimes more. Sometimes I get a rouch patch and bleed for a few days. :/ nothing to worry about.BUT OF COURSE you can check with a GP if you're worried. I did.Kazz[Moderator's note: Please refer to a doctor on any medical problem you are having. You are grown up to try anal sex so its time to be grown up enough to take your sexual health seriously. Good luck.

Quite a number of people experience some minor bleeding (from small sphincter tears) after the first time, but if it is prolific in volume (not just spots), and goes on for several hours, then you might need to go see a doctor incase you have sustained an injury internally.
Just incase, make sure you use plenty of lube during anal, and make sure you do it with a guy who respects you enough to take it as slow as you need to, or even stop altogether if you want.
