 You're his student and he's your teacher. One you could get him fired and he could never teach for another school again, also have trouble finding another job. However, you already know all of this. Two, that's not enough proof to tell he's into you. From what you posted it sounds like he's not. This man is not divorced yet and has a child. If you really like him then you need to wait till you're out of that school to maybe pursue him. That's all you can do, for now you will just have to contain your thoughts.
