writes: I have fallen for my supervisor and I don't know what to do...This summer I did an internship at my university and I fell for my supervisor (he isn't a professor or anything and he is just working there temporally) - I'm 23 and he is 30. He is a really nice guy and during the summer (when I was no longer working with him) he was inviting me every time he went out with our other co-workers - for drinks, to see a game etc. One time I invited him to go out with me and the guys from my new job; not only he came but he spent all the night with me. We talked for hours and at some point I realised that I was falling for him. Since I can't stop thinking about him. Now I'm back to school and I sometimes need him for advice or help. Every time I go to see him he tells me not to worry, that his door is always open for me and he'd love to help me. When I send him an email he always answers really fast. We went to a party once and he sent me a text in the morning that he went home well. He is always really really nice with me and I don't know what to think. I'm crazy about him but I'm too afraid to talk to him about my feelings. And 2 days ago I found out that a guy with whom he shares his office likes me. I'm really emabrassed and now I'm even more scared to go and see my supervisor. So what do you think? Does he like me or he is just friendly? I can't think straight anymore... Sometimes I think that I see something in his eyes but maybe this is because I'm so crazy about him... Thanks in advance and sorry for the long story :-)

hi well he obviously likes you weather its on a friendship level or something more am afraid that it is quite hard to tell without knowing him personally but it does sound like he has a lot of time for you and gets on well with you.
Dont be scared what is the worst that can happen? If you dont want to tell him straight out that you like him then maybe try some light flirting and maybe invite him out for a few drinks or a movie this should get him seeing that you like him if he still doesnt make a move then just tell him that you really like him.
