She just got out of a relationship then, and wasn't over it.I'm not sure what she wants right now, and I want to try again. After asking her out the first time, I backed off so her and I can kinda let things calm down. A few months later, she started getting really flirty towards me, and we hang out a lot and flirt a lot. We go out a lot, and sometimes she'll let me pay for her, but sometimes she won't. I don't know if I should keep trying or give up? And i'm not sure how she feels about me, at times she likes me, or it seems so. I know her past relationships, she was left heartbroken and she is afraid of getting hurt. But i've been around waiting for her and cheering her up for a while. What should I say, or should I just try to kiss her, either on the cheek or lips. I'd appreciate as many replies as I can get. I am so lost in this whole thing.

You should just start of by hugging her once in a while and then you should try 2 kiss her on the cheek!!!!!!!! But first ask her if she's over her last relationship and if she likes you more than a friend(at least a little)!!!!!!
Good Luck!!!!!!Hope I helped you out:o)!!!
