We make eye contact a lot, he writes on my facebook wall, we've joked around some at work and he makes me laugh a lot. But i really don't know if he's just being like a friend, or trying to let me know he likes me more then that. I feel like there is a connection there...but what if that is in my head, since I know that I like him? It's hard too because we're co-workers,...how can I figure all this out without stepping over any weird office co-worker boundaries? I feel like i am losing my mind...

Relax! Your doing all the right things. Do you know if he has a girl friend already?
If you not continue as you are, or maybe ask him if he fancies a drink after work one night, if that feels a bit too much, then ask a few other people along.
He might relax more in a social setting, maybe he is shy or he just doesn't want to show too much at work.
Or you could just send him a private message on facebook and tell him you like him?
Good Luck!
