If it's already bothering you I'd say it's an issue. Deal with it now or you might resent it later. What is the area you don't click on?

reader, anonymous, writes (30 November 2007): Me and my girlfriend have spoke about this before. We don't really think we could stay together if we didn't click. Maybe you are both a bit nervous with each other, or don't want to do the things you really like in case the other person thinks worse of you. Maybe you just need to both relax a bit more, spend a bit more time enjoying each other.
To be honest with what you say it's hard to see why you don't click. Let us know why you think you don't click and maybe we can help you.
For your question, the relationship probably isn't doomed. If you can find out why you don't seem to click, then you can work on that.
