Hmmm. The doctors checked you out and could only give you medication? So there's no obvious physical thing?
Have you ever heard of Kegel exercises? They are when you practice squeezing the muscles which control urine flow?
Have a look at this website for specific instructions.

Other than suggesting you see a doctor right after you have sex, so that she or he can see what is going on with you as it's happening, that's all I can suggest.
Take care.

the sex session lasts between 10 - 30 minutes but the incontinence lasts for 5 hours.
it's not a squirt or a gush it's more like dripping, i'm sure it's not ejaculation cuz i know how ejaculation feels like and it's different.

I am unsure did you mean that your sex sessions last 4-5hrs or do you leak urine for 4-5hrs after sex?
If the first case and you are leaking during sex, have you considered that instead of urine you are ejaculating? It is a bit of an urban myth female ejaculation is definatly real. I have a friend who is quite open with it and after speaking to her this could be your problem as many girls believe that it is urine, which it is not.
If you are continuing to leak for 4-5hrs after sex then this is something that you should seek further advice for and perhaps look into bladder weakness further.
Hopefully this helps, I hope you are suffering from the first of the two.
Good luck xxx

4 -5 hours? My Goodness! That's a long time to have sex for. Is this part of the problem? Perhaps you should have shorter sessions in the sack? That is quite a bit longer than most sessions. The only advice that I can think of is are you getting up and peeing frequently during these marathons? Make sure that you get up and pee frequently during your lovemaking sessions and that should relieve some of the pressure on your bladder.
