Been around her a couple times, but the last time is the 1st that I felt something back. I wanted to say something to her then, but didn't because I wouldn't want anything to feel weird @ wedding if I was wrong. My friend kind of pushes me @ her, but his fiance has never said anything. Is she off limits? Should I ask friend/fiance first? I probably won't see her again after wedding, so this might be my last chance to make a move. If its ok to persue, suggestions on how to do it?

Weddings are a great time to make a move.
Get chatting to her at the wedding and tell her how gorgeous she looks.
If she is off limits then your friend's new wife will come and have a word or get your mate to have a word. I really don't get why they would have problem with it though.
Go for it and as you say, this could be the last time you see her so what have you got to lose?
Good Luck!! xx
