I am restricting myself to much to the extent that i feel i have nothing to look forward in my life. The feelings of guilt overwhelm me when even looking at someone other than my girl or even touching is like a big thing, such are the high standards i have set for myself and expect something similar from my fiance. Am i being unrealistic? How much space is approriate for having a heatlhy understanding for me and my fiancee?

In a relationship both parties need their own space and time, so not to start feeling clostrophobic.
It is perfectly harmless and natural for either of you to look at other people, as long as that is all it is.
You are going to have to try and chill out otherwise it is going to start affecting your relationship in a bad way.
Take care.xx.
