writes: i have a sore pain after sex.i have been with my bf for yrs so i know its definitely not an STD as we have only slept with each other.its not due to lack of lubrication but im not sure why it is,its happens after sex and feels like a deep burning or sore feeling, it has been happening for ages now. it happens normally just when im due for my period or just after. not really sure why this is, and dont want to go to doc for a silly reason,,,,, should i?

reader, anonymous, writes (4 June 2008): If you are having pain with intercourse, then it is not a silly reason to go to the doctor....it is anybody's guess what you are speaking of here.....go to the doctor and ask questions so that you can learn about your body and what to do about the pain you are experiencing....Doctor's don't think their are any silly/stupid questions....it is their job to know and yours to find out.
